Elevate your weekend breakfast with a delicious pancake casserole topped with a cinnamon streusel.
Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup butter, cut into pieces
  • 1 cup Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 1/2 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3 tablespoons packed brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 cups buttermilk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F, then generously butter or spray a 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish.
  • In a medium bowl, use a fork to create a crumbly Streusel mixture with a mix of chunky and fine pieces. Chill until needed.
  • Combine dry pancake batter ingredients in one bowl and wet pancake batter ingredients in another. Gently fold the wet mixture into the dry mixture, leaving a few lumps. Pour the batter into a pan and sprinkle with streusel topping.
  • Bake until perfectly golden brown and cooked through, about 45-50 minutes.
