Cinnamon sugar enhances the sweetness of this crispy popcorn delight.
Ingredients:
  • 36.80 gm sunflower oil
  • 125.00 ml popping corn
  • 25g butter, melted
  • 1.25 gm ground cinnamon
  • 20.00 gm caster sugar
Instructions:
  • In a large saucepan over medium heat, heat oil until 2 corn kernels rotate slowly. Add remaining corn, cover with a tight lid, and shake the pan frequently until popping stops, about 3 to 4 minutes.
  • In a 3.5-liter airtight container, combine popcorn and melted butter. Seal the container and shake well to coat the popcorn evenly.
  • Mix together the cinnamon and sugar in a small bowl. Sprinkle the mixture over the popcorn and seal the container. Shake vigorously to evenly coat the popcorn. Enjoy!
