Paleo-friendly cinnamon swirl treat made with dates, nuts, and a touch of cinnamon.
Ingredients:
  • 10 dates, pitted
  • 0.33333334326744 cup cashews
  • 0.33333334326744 cup walnuts
  • 0.33333334326744 cup almonds
  • 0.25 cup raisins
  • 1 pinch ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch ground allspice
  • 1 pinch ground nutmeg
Instructions:
  • Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
  • Microwave dates in a bowl for 30 seconds until warm.
  • In a food processor, pulse dates, cashews, walnuts, almonds, raisins, cinnamon, allspice, and nutmeg until well combined and forms a cohesive mixture. Press the mixture onto a baking sheet, cover tightly with plastic wrap, and refrigerate until firm for at least 30 minutes. Cut into bars before serving.
