Kid-friendly spiced cinnamon honey pancakes for sweet mornings.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2.5 tablespoons white sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3 tablespoons butter, divided
  • 3 tablespoons honey, or to taste
Instructions:
  • Combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl.
  • Combine milk, eggs, and vanilla extract in a separate bowl. Gradually pour into flour mixture while stirring until batter is smooth.
  • 1. In a griddle over medium-high heat, melt 1 tablespoon of butter. Spoon batter onto the griddle, cook until bubbles form and edges are dry, about 3 to 4 minutes. Lightly drizzle honey over the pancakes. Flip and cook until browned, approximately 2 to 3 minutes. Repeat with the remaining batter, adding 1 tablespoon of butter before each new batch.
