Indulge in fluffy honey pancakes topped with cinnamon syrup for a sweet family treat!
Ingredients:
  • 3/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons honey
Instructions:
  • Warm the syrup ingredients in a 1-quart saucepan over low heat, stirring occasionally until warmed through; keep warm.
  • Preheat griddle or skillet to 375°F and lightly grease with cooking spray, vegetable oil, or shortening. It's ready when water drops sizzle and evaporate on contact.
  • Combine all pancake ingredients in a medium bowl until smooth. Pour slightly less than 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake onto a hot griddle.
  • Continue cooking until the edges are dry. Then, flip and cook the other sides until they turn golden brown. Serve with a side of warm syrup.
