Transform seafood with this easy, flavorful sweet and tangy glaze, perfect for tuna and mahi mahi.
Ingredients:
  • 1 orange, juiced
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 0.33333331346512 cup water
  • 0.33333334326744 cup sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
Instructions:
  • In a small skillet, blend together orange juice, lemon juice, lime juice, water, sugar, and salt. Simmer over medium to medium-high heat until reduced by half. Allow the glaze to cool and thicken.
  • During the final 2 minutes of cooking, generously brush this glaze onto your grilled meats or fish. Serve the remaining glaze on top as an elegant finishing touch or use it as a vibrant garnish for your dish.
