Try quick Citrus Glazed Salmon with zesty sauce - ready in 25 minutes!
Ingredients:
  • 2 medium limes
  • 1 small orange
  • 1/3 cup agave syrup
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 1/4 lb salmon fillet, cut into 4 pieces
  • 2 tablespoons sliced green onions
  • 1 lime slice, cut into 4 wedges
  • 1 orange slice, cut into 4 wedges
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 400°F and line a 15x10x1-inch pan with parchment paper or foil. Grate lime peel into a small bowl and squeeze enough juice for 2 tablespoons, then add to the bowl. Grate orange peel into the same bowl, squeeze enough juice for 2 tablespoons, and combine with the citrus mixture. Stir in agave syrup, salt, pepper, and garlic. Measure 1/4 cup of the citrus mixture for the salmon in a small cup (save the rest for later use).
  • Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on a pan. Brush the tops and sides of the salmon with 1/4 cup of the citrus mixture. Bake for 13 to 17 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork. Using a metal spatula, lift the salmon pieces from the skin onto a serving plate. Sprinkle with green onions and top each fillet with lime and orange wedges. Serve each fillet with 3 tablespoons of the reserved sauce.
