Citrusy champagne punch ready in 10 minutes for a refreshing treat.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice (12 lemons)
  • 1 cup orange-flavored liqueur
  • 3/4 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup cognac
  • 1/4 cup superfine sugar
  • 1 bottle (750 ml) dry champagne or sparkling wine, chilled
  • Lemon and orange slices, if desired
Instructions:
  • Combine lemon juice, orange liqueur, pineapple juice, cognac, and sugar in a pitcher. Chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
  • To serve, transfer the mixture to a punch bowl, gently mix in the champagne, and adorn with lemon and orange slices for a beautiful presentation.
