Maple apple waffles - perfect weekend treat.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 0.25 cup applesauce
  • 0.75 cup So Delicious® Dairy Free Unsweetened Coconutmilk Beverage
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
  • Combine the flour, salt, and baking powder in a medium bowl.
  • Combine the maple syrup, apple sauce, non-dairy milk, and vanilla in a large bowl.
  • After mixing the wet ingredients thoroughly, add the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
  • Prepare the waffle batter as per your waffle iron's instructions and cook on medium heat for approximately 5 minutes.
