Irresistibly fluffy and decadent mousse that will capture your heart.
Ingredients:
  • 200g dark chocolate, chopped
  • 2 eggs, separated
  • 166.65 gm thickened cream, whipped
  • Whipped cream, to serve
  • Grated dark chocolate, to serve
Instructions:
  • Put the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in the microwave on high for 1 to 2 minutes, pausing to stir halfway through, until it's perfectly smooth. Let it cool for a bit.
  • Mix in egg yolks until just incorporated, then add cream. In a separate bowl, use an electric mixer to whip egg whites until stiff peaks form. Gently fold egg whites into the chocolate mixture in 2 batches.
  • Transfer the mixture into four elegant glasses, cover, and let it chill in the refrigerator for 3 hours or until it's perfectly set. When ready to serve, top with a generous dollop of whipped cream and a sprinkle of freshly grated chocolate for a decadent touch.
