Indulgent coffee and ice cream beverages - a versatile treat for any time of day.
Ingredients:
  • 125.00 ml espresso coffee
  • 10.00 gm caster sugar
  • 257.50 gm milk
  • 6 ice cubes
  • 4 scoops vanilla ice-cream
Instructions:
  • Combine coffee and sugar in a jug, stirring until sugar is fully dissolved. Pour in milk and mix well before serving.
  • Split the ice and ice-cream evenly among the glasses, then generously pour the coffee mixture over the top. Serve immediately.
