Decadent classic coffee perfection!
Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 tsp instant espresso coffee powder
  • 5.00 gm hot water
  • 257.50 gm milk
  • 2 large scoops vanilla ice-cream
  • Grated dark chocolate, to serve
Instructions:
  • Mix the coffee powder with hot water until completely dissolved. In a blender, combine milk, ice cream, and three-fourths of the coffee mixture.
  • Transfer the mixture into a glass for serving and gently mix in the rest of the coffee. Finish by garnishing with a decadent sprinkle of chocolate on top before serving.
