Iced coffee smoothie with banana and protein powder - a delicious, energizing breakfast on-the-go!
Ingredients:
  • 4 cups hot, brewed dark roast coffee
  • 1 large banana
  • 0.25 cup fat free sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 tablespoons chocolate syrup
  • 1.5 scoops vanilla flavored whey protein powder
  • 20 cubes ice
Instructions:
  • In a blender, combine hot coffee, banana, condensed milk, chocolate syrup, and protein powder. Secure the lid with a kitchen towel and pulse until smooth. Pour the mixture over ice in 4 glasses.
