Indulgent and irresistible salted chocolate cookies, easily customizable to suit your taste preferences.
Ingredients:
  • 10.5 ounces corn chips
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup light corn syrup
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 11 (1.55 ounce) bars milk chocolate
Instructions:
  • Spread a layer of corn chips in a greased 10 x 15 inch pan.
  • In a saucepan, heat the sugar and corn syrup until bubbly. Remove from heat and whisk in the peanut butter until creamy. Drizzle over the chocolate chips and spread evenly.
  • Drizzle the hot mixture over the chips and spread evenly. Layer the chocolate bars on top and let them melt from the heat. Spread the melted chocolate to create a thin layer. Let it cool, then break into pieces.
