Easy steamed Alaskan king crab served with rich melted butter for dipping.
Ingredients:
  • 3-4 pounds Alaskan king crab legs and claws
  • 1 stick of butter
  • Lemon wedges for garnish
Instructions:
  • Melt the butter: Gently melt the butter in a small saucepan on low heat and keep warm.
  • Prepare the steamer: Fill a large pot with one inch of water and bring it to a boil. Place the crab legs on the steamer tray, cover the pot, and steam for 5 minutes to reheat.
  • Cut into the crab shells with kitchen shears to remove the legs. Serve with melted butter and lemon wedges on the side for dipping.
