Quick and easy Classic Italian Meatballs: Just 15 minutes prep, 8 basic ingredients, bake to perfection. Pair with pasta, rice, veggies - versatile for any dish!
Ingredients:
  • 1 lb lean (at least 80%) ground beef
  • 1/2 cup Progresso™ Italian-style Bread Crumbs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped (1/4 cup)
  • 1 egg
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Prepare a 13x9-inch pan by lining it with foil and then spraying it with cooking spray.
  • Combine all ingredients in a spacious bowl.
  • Form the mixture into 24 meatballs, each measuring 1 1/2 inches.
  • Arrange on baking sheet with 1 inch of space between each piece.
  • Bake without a cover for 18 to 22 minutes, or until the temperature reaches 160°F and there is no longer any pink in the center.
