Classic Meatballs: A nostalgic recipe perfect for any occasion, especially game day!
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 pounds ground beef
  • 1 (1 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
  • 1 green bell pepper, seeded and chopped
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped
  • 1 (4 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 1 cup process cheese sauce
  • 2 (13.5 ounce) packages corn tortilla chips
Instructions:
  • In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef until no longer pink, then add onion and cook until tender. Drain excess grease, and mix in the seasoning packet contents and water as required to follow package instructions.
  • After the meat is cooked, toss in bell pepper, jalapeno pepper, and sliced mushrooms. Reduce heat to medium and sauté until veggies are halfway cooked, about 3 to 4 minutes. Fold in the cheese sauce until everything is well coated.
  • Enjoy the tortilla chips topped with the delicious meat and cheese sauce, or set up a fun nacho bar for everyone to customize their own tasty nachos.
