Grey Goose le fizz

Easy and invigorating vodka and elderflower cocktail, perfect for party starters.
Ingredients:
  • 1 lime
  • 25 ml St. Germain elderflower liqueur
  • 50 ml Grey Goose vodka
  • 70 ml ice-cold soda water
  • ice cubes
Instructions:
  • Chill a flute glass with ice. Roll a lime to release the juice, then cut it in half. Squeeze 25ml of lime juice into a shot glass (halfway full) and add 25ml of elderflower liqueur (filling to the top). Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, pour in the elderflower and lime juice mix, then add vodka. Shake vigorously until cold. Empty the flute glass of ice, strain the mixture into the glass, top up with soda water, and garnish with a stirrer.
