Whip up tasty cheese jalapeño nachos with just 3 ingredients for a quick snack!
Ingredients:
  • 90g plain corn chips
  • 65g (3/4 cup) coarsely grated cheddar
  • 45g (1/3 cup) sliced pickled jalapeños
Instructions:
  • 1. Preheat the oven grill to medium heat. 2. Layer half of the corn chips in a 15cm ovenproof frying pan or round dish, then sprinkle with half of the cheddar. 3. Repeat the layering with the remaining corn chips and cheddar. 4. Grill for 3-5 minutes until the cheddar is melted and bubbling. 5. Serve by sprinkling with jalapeños.
