The ultimate Christmas cookies: Peanut butter treats topped with HERSHEY'S KISSES. Easy to make, irresistible to eat, a holiday favorite.
Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 cups Gold Medal™ All Purpose Flour
  • 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • Additional granulated sugar
  • About 36 HERSHEY'S KISSES milk chocolate candies, unwrapped
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 375°F. In a large bowl, use an electric mixer or mix by hand to blend 1/2 cup granulated sugar, brown sugar, peanut butter, butter, and egg until smooth. Mix in flour, baking soda, and baking powder until dough comes together.
  • Roll the dough into 1-inch balls, coat them in more granulated sugar, and place them 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets.
  • Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until edges turn lightly golden brown. Once out of the oven, place one milk chocolate candy in the center of each cookie and transfer the cookies to a cooling rack.
