Peanut Butter Blossom Bars

Transform classic peanut butter blossom cookies into easy-to-make bars perfect for cookie exchanges!
Ingredients:
  • 1 pouch (1 lb 1.5 oz) Betty Crocker™ peanut butter cookie mix
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoons water
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup Hershey'sMini Kisses™ Brand milk chocolates
  • 3 teaspoons white sparkling sugar
  • 16 Hershey'sKisses™ Brand milk chocolates, unwrapped
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F and generously spray the bottom of a 9-inch square pan with cooking spray.
  • Combine cookie mix, oil, water, and egg in a large bowl until a stiff dough forms. Mix in Mini Kisses™ and press dough into the pan. Sprinkle with 2 teaspoons of sparkling sugar.
  • Bake until golden brown, then quickly place unwrapped Kisses™ in a grid pattern on top. Sprinkle with remaining sparkling sugar. Allow to cool completely for about 1 hour on a rack. Cut into squares with a Kisses™ in the center of each. Store in an airtight container.
