Try a gluten-free twist on classic peanut butter blossoms with Hershey’s gluten-free version using Bisquick™. Easy, delicious cookies perfect for gluten-free Christmas baking fun with family.
Ingredients:
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup shortening
  • 1/4 cup butter, softened
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 cups Bisquick™ Gluten Free pancake & baking mix
  • 48 Hershey's Kisses Brand milk chocolates, unwrapped
Instructions:
  • Combine 1/2 cup granulated sugar, brown sugar, peanut butter, shortening, butter, and egg in a large bowl. Add Bisquick™ mix and stir until well combined. Refrigerate for 1 hour until firm.
  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Roll dough into 1-inch balls, then coat with remaining 1/4 cup granulated sugar. Place balls 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets.
  • Bake until cookies are light golden brown, then quickly place 1 milk chocolate candy on top of each cookie, pressing down firmly to create a crackly edge. Transfer cookies to cooling racks.
