Indulge in our irresistible gluten-free streusel coffee cake made with Bisquick Gluten Free mix.
Ingredients:
  • 1/3 cup Bisquick™ Gluten Free pancake & baking mix
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup firm butter
  • 1 3/4 cups Bisquick™ Gluten Free pancake & baking mix
  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 2/3 cup milk or water
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 3 eggs
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9-inch round or square pan with cooking spray. In a small bowl, combine 1/3 cup of Bisquick™ mix with brown sugar and cinnamon. Use a pastry blender or fork to cut in butter until mixture is crumbly. Set aside.
  • Mix together the coffee cake ingredients in a medium bowl until well combined. Spread the mixture in a pan and sprinkle with the topping.
  • Bake until golden brown for 25 to 30 minutes. Store covered tightly.
