Irresistible gluten-free cinnamon rolls made with Bisquick™ Gluten Free mix, filled with cinnamon and topped with a creamy glaze.
Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 3 cups Bisquick™ Gluten Free pancake & baking mix
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 1/4 cups milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup gluten-free powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup whipping cream
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 425°F. Grease a 9-inch round cake pan with non-stick cooking spray (without flour). Combine brown sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl and set it aside.
  • Combine Bisquick™ mix, granulated sugar, milk, and egg in a large bowl until a dough forms.
  • Roll out the dough on a Bisquick™-dusted surface; knead 5 times. Shape it into a 16x12-inch rectangle. Brush with 2 tablespoons of melted butter, sprinkle with brown sugar mixture. Roll it up tightly from the short side, seal the edge well. Cut into 1 1/2-inch slices, place them in a pan cut side down, and brush with the remaining 2 tablespoons of melted butter.
  • Bake until beautifully golden, around 20 to 25 minutes. Rest for 5 minutes, then gently release from pan.
  • Combine powdered sugar and whipping cream in a small bowl until velvety. Drizzle the glaze over the rolls and enjoy while warm.
