Decadent pecan pie filled with sweet, gooey filling, baked to perfection.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup Karo Light or Dark Corn Syrup
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1.5 cups (6 ounces) pecans
  • 1 (9 inch) unbaked deep dish pie crust
Instructions:
  • Combine the corn syrup, eggs, sugar, butter, and vanilla using a spoon until well mixed. Gently fold in the pecans.
  • Transfer the mixture into the prepared pie crust.
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and bake on the center rack for 60-70 minutes.
  • Chill for 2 hours before enjoying.
