Ingredients:
  • 1 pound unsalted butter
  • 5 cups all-purpose flour
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) for the perfect cooking temperature.
  • Combine butter and sugar in a mixer until creamy. Add flour and mix with a wooden spoon, then use your hands to ensure thorough mixing.
  • Press the mixture into a jelly roll pan and evenly prick the entire surface with a fork, ensuring the pricks are close together and reach the bottom.
  • Bake at the initial temperature for 10 minutes. Lower the heat to 300 and bake for an additional 40 minutes. Let it rest for 2 minutes, then slice into finger-sized bars. Allow to cool completely in the pan.
