Make bakery-style Cinnabon rolls with a simple bread machine dough. Easy and irresistible.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup warm milk (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)
  • 2 eggs, room temperature
  • 0.33333334326744 cup margarine, melted
  • 4.5 cups bread flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 cup white sugar
  • 2.5 teaspoons bread machine yeast
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2.5 tablespoons ground cinnamon
  • 0.33333334326744 cup butter, softened
  • 1.5 cups confectioners' sugar
  • 0.25 cup butter, softened
  • 1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 0.125 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
  • In the bread machine pan, layer milk, eggs, margarine, flour, salt, white sugar, and yeast following the manufacturer's order. Choose the dough cycle and start the machine.
  • Once the dough has doubled in size, gently transfer it to a floured surface. Cover it with a kitchen towel or plastic wrap and allow it to rest for 10 minutes.
  • Flatten dough on a lightly floured surface into a 16x21-inch rectangle.
  • Make the filling: Mix brown sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl. Spread softened butter on the dough and sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture evenly over the top.
  • Roll up the dough starting from the longer end, then cut it into 12 rolls. Place the rolls in a lightly greased 9x13-inch baking pan. Cover and let rise until nearly doubled, approximately 30 minutes.
  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Bake rolls in the oven until they turn a delicious golden brown, for approximately 15 minutes.
  • As the rolls bake, make the icing: Blend confectioners' sugar, butter, cream cheese, vanilla, and salt until smooth and creamy.
  • Frost the warm rolls before serving.
