Cloud eggs recipe

Create fluffy cloud eggs with this simple and delicious recipe.
Ingredients:
  • 2 eggs, separated
  • 30.00 ml finely grated parmesan
  • 20.00 ml chopped chives
  • Cooked bacon, to serve
  • Roasted tomatoes, to serve
  • Sliced avocado, to serve
  • Toast, to serve
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 180C. Line a baking tray with baking paper. In a clean, dry bowl, use an electric beater to whisk the egg whites until firm peaks form. Gently fold in the parmesan.
  • Divide the mixture into 2 portions and create a well in the top. Bake for 6-8 minutes until lightly golden. Gently place one egg yolk in each well. Continue baking for an additional 2-3 minutes until the yolks are cooked to your preference.
  • Garnish with fresh chives and enjoy with crispy bacon, ripe tomatoes, creamy avocado, and golden toast.
