Flourless, low-carb Keto cloud bread made with 5 ingredients. Quick, gluten-free, and only 40 calories per serving in 40 minutes.
Ingredients:
  • 3 eggs, separated
  • 0.63 gm cream of tartar
  • 65g (1/4 cup) crème fraiche
  • Pinch salt
  • 12.00 gm sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 150C/130C fan forced and prepare two baking trays by lining them with baking paper.
  • Whisk the egg whites and cream of tartar in a bowl using electric beaters with the whisk attachment.
  • Whisk together egg yolks, crème fraiche, and salt using a fork until combined.
  • Gently combine the egg yolk mixture with the egg white mixture using a large metal spoon. Spoon two heaped dessert spoonfuls of the mixture onto the lined tray and shape into 8cm discs using the back of a spoon. Repeat with the remaining mixture to make 8 discs. Optional: sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  • Bake until golden brown, then cool on trays for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
