Coconut and passionfruit daiquiri

Enjoy a tropical daiquiri while unwinding with a great book this holiday season.
Ingredients:
  • 125ml (1/2 cup) fresh lime juice
  • 125ml (1/2 cup) coconut cream
  • 60ml (1/4 cup) chilled gold tequila
  • 80ml (1/3 cup) Malibu coconut liqueur
  • 40.00 gm caster sugar
  • 500.00 ml crushed ice
  • 80ml (1/3 cup) fresh passionfruit pulp
Instructions:
  • In a food processor, blend lime juice, coconut cream, tequila, Malibu, sugar, and ice until smooth. Transfer mixture into serving glasses, top with passionfruit, and enjoy!
