Easy and tasty macaroons - a perfect pairing with coffee.
Ingredients:
  • 85.00 gm desiccated coconut
  • 53.75 gm caster sugar
  • 1 egg white
  • 40.00 ml glace cherries, roughly chopped
  • 2 drops rosewater essence
Instructions:
  • Heat your oven to 180°C.
  • In a bowl, mix desiccated coconut, caster sugar, egg white, cherries, and rosewater essence. Roll into walnut-sized balls and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
  • Bake until crispy and golden brown, about 10-12 minutes.
