4-ingredient creamy coconut ice cream made with sweet cream of coconut, perfect for a luscious and easy gelato-style dessert.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (14 ounce) can cream of coconut
  • 1.5 cups heavy cream
  • 1.5 cups sweetened flaked coconut
Instructions:
  • Blend cream of coconut and milk until smooth in a food processor or blender. Gently fold in cream and flaked coconut until well mixed.
