Creamy coconut overnight oats with Greek yogurt - a delicious make-ahead breakfast.
Ingredients:
  • 0.33 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 0.33 cup coconut milk beverage
  • 0.25 cup nonfat vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 0.5 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1.5 tablespoons unsweetened shredded coconut, divided
  • 0.5 tablespoon cacao nibs
  • 0.5 tablespoon sliced almonds
Instructions:
  • Mix oats, coconut milk beverage, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, and 1 tablespoon of coconut flakes in an 8-ounce Mason jar until thoroughly combined. Seal with a lid and refrigerate for at least 8 hours or overnight.
  • When serving, sprinkle ½ tablespoon each of coconut flakes, cacao nibs, and almond flakes on top. Stir well before savoring the delicious flavors.
