Wake up to a delicious and nutritious overnight oats with banana, chia, apple, and coconut - perfect for meal prep breakfast.
Ingredients:
  • 400.00 gm traditional rolled oats
  • 165.00 ml white chia seeds
  • 1 litre almond milk
  • 250.00 ml coconut yoghurt, plus extra to serve
  • 54.00 gm maple syrup
  • 1 Granny Smith apple, grated
  • 1 tsp finely grated orange rind
  • 4 sliced bananas, to serve
  • 82.50 ml toasted natural sliced almonds, to serve
  • 18.15 gm coconut flakes, to serve
Instructions:
  • In a sealed container, combine oats, chia seeds, milk, yogurt, maple syrup, apple, and orange zest. Mix thoroughly, cover, and refrigerate overnight.
  • Mix the oat mixture, then garnish with additional yogurt, banana slices, almonds, and coconut flakes before serving.
