On-the-go jar of healthy overnight oats topped with yogurt and berries, loved by the whole family for breakfast.
Ingredients:
  • 125g (1 1/3 cups) rolled oats
  • 40.00 ml chia seeds
  • 40.00 ml pepitas
  • 2.50 gm ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla bean paste
  • 30.00 ml nut butter (such as almond)
  • 27.00 gm pure maple syrup
  • 500ml (2 cups) almond coconut milk
  • 130g (1/2 cup) natural yoghurt
  • 120g fresh raspberries or frozen raspberries
Instructions:
  • In a large bowl, mix the oats, chia seeds, pepitas, cinnamon, vanilla, nut butter, maple syrup, and almond milk until well combined.
  • Distribute the oat mixture evenly into 4 jars or bowls. Layer each portion with one-quarter of the yogurt and berries. Refrigerate covered overnight.
