Creamy overnight oats with nut butter: Mix and chill overnight for a delicious, low-calorie breakfast ready in the morning.
Ingredients:
  • 30g (1/3 cup) rolled oats
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • 2 tsp pepitas
  • 5.20 gm natural peanut butter
  • 0.63 gm ground cinnamon
  • 125ml (1/2 cup) unsweetened almond or skim milk
  • 7.20 gm honey
  • 40.00 ml natural yoghurt
  • 40g (1/3 cup) frozen berries
Instructions:
  • Mix together the oats, chia seeds, pepitas, peanut butter, cinnamon, milk, and honey in a jar or container. Seal and refrigerate overnight to allow flavors to meld.
  • Serve by generously layering the oat mixture with yogurt and fresh berries on top.
