Deliciously sweet coconut pie made with pantry staples for an easy, old-fashioned dessert.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 3 large eggs
  • 0.5 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup flaked coconut
  • 1 (9 inch) unbaked pie crust
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to a cozy 300°F (150°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine sugar and flour. Add eggs and butter, mix well. Stir in milk and vanilla until combined. Gently fold in coconut. Pour the mixture into the prepared pie crust.
  • Place in the oven that has been preheated and bake for 1 hour. Ensure it is completely cooled before slicing.
