Irresistible coconut-almond chocolate chip cookies: Crunchy, chewy, and melt-in-your-mouth delicious. Perfect for satisfying sweet cravings!
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 cups white sugar
  • 1.5 cups brown sugar
  • 1 cup butter
  • 4 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 4.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 5 cups semisweet chocolate chips
  • 2 cups flaked coconut
  • 2 cups chopped almonds
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease your cookie sheets.
  • In a large bowl, use an electric mixer to blend white sugar, brown sugar, and butter until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each. Stir in vanilla. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt, then blend into the creamed mixture until combined. Fold in chocolate chips, coconut, and almonds. Scoop rounded spoonfuls onto cookie sheets.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until edges are lightly browned, 8 to 10 minutes. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheets for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
