Coffee and Donuts Tiramisu

Powdered donuts soaked in coffee, layered with sweet pudding, and dusted with cocoa for a quick and delightful tiramisu.
Ingredients:
  • 1.75 cups milk
  • 1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 2 cups strongly brewed coffee
  • 1 (12 ounce) package small powdered sugar donuts
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
Instructions:
  • Combine milk and pudding mix in a large bowl, whisk until smooth. Gently fold in whipped topping and set aside.
  • Dip each donut into the coffee for 5 to 10 seconds on each side, then arrange them in a single layer at the bottom of the 8-inch square baking dish.
  • Layer 1/2 of the pudding mixture onto the first 12 donuts, then repeat with the remaining 12 donuts. Sprinkle lightly with cocoa powder before serving.
  • Chill in the fridge for 8 hours to overnight before serving cold.
