Simple no-cook coffee gelato made with basic ingredients - a breeze to whip up!
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 cups whole milk
  • 1.5 cups light cream
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 2 tablespoons ground coffee
  • 1 cup water
Instructions:
  • Combine the milk, cream, and sugar in a spacious bowl, then chill to allow the sugar to dissolve.
  • Prepare a rich and flavorful coffee by steeping coffee grounds in water using a coffee maker or French press. Chill the coffee in the refrigerator until it reaches a refreshing and cold temperature, which typically takes about 30 minutes.
  • Use an electric mixer to whip the milk mixture until it thickens slightly, like buttermilk. Then, mix in the coffee.
  • Pour the milk-coffee mixture into an ice cream maker and simply follow the manufacturer's guidelines for creating delicious ice cream.
