Make homemade cold brew concentrate to customize your perfect iced coffee with creamer, syrup, and ice.
Ingredients:
  • 1.75 cups ground coffee
  • 3.5 cups water
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 3 fluid ounces water
  • ice cubes
Instructions:
  • In a pitcher, combine your favorite coffee grounds and water. Stir gently with a spoon. Allow the mixture to steep at room temperature for 12 to 24 hours.
  • Set up a fine-mesh strainer lined with a coffee filter over a medium bowl. Gently pour the coffee mixture through the filter, allowing it to strain naturally. Dispose of the grounds and wash the pitcher.
  • Transfer the rich coffee concentrate back into a fresh pitcher and chill in the fridge.
  • Combine water and sugar in a pot and heat until sugar completely dissolves. Allow the simple syrup to cool, then transfer it to an airtight container. Refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
  • Pour 3 ounces of rich coffee concentrate into a Mason jar or cup. Pour in 3 ounces of water and add your preferred amount of simple syrup. Finish with ice.
