Whip up a flavorful Coney Island hot dog chili sauce in a snap for a delicious, hearty hot dog topping.

  • 0.5 cup chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons prepared mustard
  • 4 teaspoons chili powder, or more to taste
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 teaspoons white sugar
Instructions:
  • Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Brown and crumble the beef in the skillet for 5 to 7 minutes. Drain off the grease. Bring to a boil, then simmer over medium-low heat until the sauce thickens, stirring occasionally, for about 30 minutes.
