Savory ground beef dip infused with McCormick® Gravy Mix, topped with cheese, onions, and pickles for a decadent appetizer.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 0.5 cup chopped onion
  • 0.5 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
  • 1 (.87 ounce) package McCormick® Brown Gravy Mix
  • 1 (8 ounce) package whipped cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
  • 0.33333334326744 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 3 tablespoons chopped pickles
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. Combine ground beef, onion, ketchup, mustard, and Gravy Mix in a large skillet until thoroughly mixed. Cook on medium-high heat until the beef is fully cooked. Add cream cheese and 1/2 cup of shredded cheese, stirring until combined.
  • Transfer the mixture into a 2-quart baking dish and generously top it with the remaining 1/2 cup of shredded cheese.
  • Bake until cheese is bubbly and melted, then top with fresh tomatoes and pickles.
