4-ingredient authentic lobster rolls for a taste of the beach no matter where you are.
Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons good-quality butter
  • 1 lb cooked lobster meat, chopped
  • 4 New England-style hot dog buns, split
  • Coarse sea salt to taste
Instructions:
  • Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat. Use a ladle or spoon to skim off foam and white solids, setting them aside in a small bowl.
  • Combine chopped lobster meat with decadent clarified butter in a saucepan, tossing gently. Warm over medium-low heat for 2 to 3 minutes until heated through.
  • Brush both sides of each bun with the flavorful foam created from the lovely butter, then toast the buns in a toaster oven or under the broiler.
  • Distribute lobster evenly into buns and drizzle with juices from saucepan. Generously sprinkle with sea salt and serve promptly.
