Cookies and Cream Fudge

Indulgent white chocolate fudge with creamy frosting and crumbled Oreo cookie pieces.
Ingredients:
  • 1 bag (12 oz) white vanilla baking chips (2 cups)
  • 1 tub (16 oz) Betty Crocker™ Rich & Creamy Cream Cheese Frosting
  • 1 1/2 cups crushed Oreo chocolate creme sandwich cookies (about 18 cookies)
Instructions:
  • Prepare a 9-inch square pan by spraying it with baking spray that includes flour. In a large microwave-safe bowl, heat white chips in 30-second intervals on High, stirring after each, until melted and smooth. Add frosting and 1 cup of crushed cookies, then spread the mixture in the pan.
  • Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of crushed cookies on top of the fudge. Cover and chill until firm, approximately 1 hour. Cut into 16 pieces.
