Cookies and cream popcorn

Irresistible mix of popcorn, mini Oreos, white chocolate, and crispies - perfect treat!
Ingredients:
  • 82.50 ml popping corn
  • 5 x 23g packets original mini Oreo cookies
  • 180g block white chocolate, chopped
  • 62.50 ml white choc chips
  • 20.00 ml choc crispies sprinkles
  • Choclettes sprinkles, to decorate
Instructions:
  • Prepare the popping corn according to the instructions on the packet. Transfer the popped corn to a large bowl, making sure to remove any unpopped kernels. Allow the popcorn to cool completely.
  • Prepare a large baking tray by lining it with parchment paper.
  • Slice each of the 2 packets of cookies in half. Then, set them to the side. Proceed to roughly chop the remaining cookies.
  • Place the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave on HIGH for 1 to 2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds with a metal spoon until melted and smooth.
  • Drizzle melted chocolate over popped popcorn, then toss in roughly chopped cookies until well coated. Spread mixture out on a tray. Sprinkle with chocolate chips, halved cookies, chocolate crispies, and chocolate sprinkles. Allow to cool until set.
  • Crush popcorn into bite-sized pieces and present elegantly.
