Homemade oatmeal cookie mix with cranberries and chocolate chips - perfect homemade Christmas gift! Instructions included.
Ingredients:
  • 0.75 cup all-purpose flour
  • 0.25 teaspoon baking powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon baking soda
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 0.33333334326744 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 0.33333334326744 cup superfine sugar
  • 0.75 cup rolled oats
  • 0.75 cup dried cranberries
  • 0.75 cup white chocolate chips
  • 0.5 cup butter, melted and cooled
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
Instructions:
  • In a large bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Transfer the flour mixture into a 4-cup glass jar. Layer in the following order: brown sugar, superfine sugar, oats, cranberries, and chocolate chips, pressing firmly between each layer. Seal the jar tightly.
  • Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) and prepare 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • Pour the dry cookie mix into a large bowl. Add the butter, egg, and vanilla extract, then mix until well combined. Shape the dough into tablespoon-sized balls and evenly space them 2 inches apart on lined baking sheets.
  • Bake in a preheated oven until lightly browned, about 10 to 15 minutes. Allow to cool on the sheets for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
