"Decadent no-bake strawberry gelatin pie topped with fluffy whipped cream."
Ingredients:
  • 0.66666668653488 cup boiling water
  • 1 (3 ounce) package strawberry flavored Jell-O® mix
  • 0.5 cup cold water
  • 0.5 cup ice
  • 1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
Instructions:
  • In a large bowl, whisk boiling water into gelatin for at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved. Combine cold water and ice to make 3/4 cup, then pour into gelatin, stirring until slightly thickened. Remove any remaining ice.
  • Blend the whipped topping in with a wire whisk until velvety. Chill for 15 to 20 minutes until the mixture is luxuriously thick and can be mounded. Fill the crust with the mixture. Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight. Top with sliced strawberries just before serving.
