Tangy lemon cake mix cookies topped with fluffy Cool Whip.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 (15.25 ounce) package lemon cake mix
  • 0.33333334326744 cup confectioners' sugar for decoration
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease the baking sheets.
  • In a large bowl, combine whipped topping and eggs until smooth. Mix in cake mix until fully incorporated to form a thick dough. Shape tablespoonfuls of dough into balls, coat generously with confectioners' sugar, and place on baking sheets.
  • Bake until edges are golden, approximately 8 minutes in the preheated oven.
