Whip up these easy and whimsical dirt cakes for a delicious treat that will delight kids and adults alike!
Ingredients:
  • 15 Oreo sandwich cookies
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, at room temperature
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups whole milk
  • 1 (3.9-ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 1 (8-ounce) container Cool Whip, thawed
  • 18 gummy worms
Instructions:
  • Make Oreo crumbs: Place Oreos in a large zip-top bag, leaving a small opening for air to escape. Crush the cookies into gravel-sized crumbs using a rolling pin or pulse in a food processor.
  • Prepare the cream cheese mixture by combining cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a large bowl. Beat with a handheld mixer on medium-high speed until light and fluffy, about 3 to 4 minutes. Set aside.
  • Create the pudding mixture by whisking together the milk and pudding mix in a medium bowl until thickened. Gently fold in the Cool Whip using a rubber spatula.
  • Incorporate the pudding mixture into the cream cheese mixture until smooth and fully combined.
  • Assemble and embellish: Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of Oreo crumbs into the bottom of each cup. Pour about 1/4 cup of pudding on top. Repeat layers, finishing with crumbs on top. Finish by decorating with gummy worms. Enjoy the delicious dessert! Feel free to rate the recipe below!
